Management Team Development

The teams we may refer to as High Performing have a specific working climate; they are strongly task-oriented and equally focused on relations. In such teams, people perform immense work and are happy with the process; difficult situations are treated only like lessons to be learnt. Such a team can implement a difficult change without experiencing a trauma. How do they do it? Are such teams created accidentally? What can we do to make our team a High Performing one?

Goals/outcomes:

• Increasing the business effectiveness of the team. • Building honest, open relationships between the people and interactions focused on the balance between relations and tasks. • Destroying the barrier of cynicism, calculation, distrust, which prevent the team from being effective. • Defining clear rules and measurements of cooperation. • Increasing self-awareness as regards interpersonal communication and group work dynamics. • Strong internal integration of the team with business objectives and the company vision. • Feedback – practice and habit of using feedback whenever misunderstandings, conflicts and self-awareness. • Increasing the ability to manage your team as a facilitator. • Raising the energy of the team to act and face challenges.
