Team building games

Team building games

In group games we implement the idea of learning through experience.

  • Practical activities – demanding tasks and group games (indoor or outdoor) are treated as a mirror in which we can observe the way the team function in their everyday work and witness good and bad cooperation patterns.
  • Discussion/reflection – as we analyse the progress of the task, we draw conclusions and learn our lessons both as regards the participants’ skills and their behaviour which impact the results of their work.
  • Theory – we build theoretical models supporting the conclusions reached at the previous
  • Adaptation – we implement the applications of the conclusions and the knowledge gained during the tasks in the course of the training (and later on,  in everyday work).

The tasks included in the games do not require any extra fitness of physical ability, yet they guarantee a healthy dose of exercise and emotions that integrate the team. In order to complete the tasks, efficient cooperation of the whole team is necessary as well as certain organisational skills.

Subject matter of the tasks:

  • cooperation;
  • communication;
  • focusing on the common goal;
  • team building;
  • managing people;
  • change management;
  • crisis management;
  • time management;
  • project management.
