He evaluates the competencies of managerial staff (AC). In his work, he strives to achieve permanent changes in the development of people and organisations. He relies mainly on his practical experience.
He has the experience of direct cooperation with major companies, such as Microsoft and Nokia. He specialised in negotiating complaints and settlements, achieving the best results in the company. Furthermore, he can boast a prestigious distinction granted by Nokia for the best business partner. He draws on his experience in the training sector, facilitating business processes and expanding employees’ competencies. He focuses on the practical aspect of his workshops. At the moment he combines the functions of a private entrepreneur, trainer and coach.
