Joanna is a Gestalt counselling specialist, she graduated from Resosialization Course at the Philosophy Department at the Jagiellonian University. Interpersonal Trainer recommended by the Polish Psychological Association. Graduate of Nonviolent Communication course. She completed training Leadership Development Intensive led by John Scherer.

With Pathways associated since 2002. He co-projects in the field of personal development of people organizations, is preparing programs designed to develop and improve team collaboration. Conducts training for managers with leadership, managerial skills, communication, interpersonal skills, team building, dealing with stress and presentation skills.

Since 2004 she collaborates with the Centre for Personal Development Women – Dojrzewalnia Róż. She is the director of the Krakow edition of Developmental Festival for Women PROGRESSteron. Teaches trainers at the School of Personal Development inspired NVC and integral psychology. She conducts group training and workshops, she founded the Laboratory of Personal Development “Poskrzydła.”
