In 2011 Pathways conducted a cycle of development trainings for IBM BTO managers.

The programme was preceded by an in-depth analysis of the training needs, performed together with the director of the centre, managers and the HR department.

Based on the abovementioned analysis, Pathways came up with a  customised development programme for managers.

The workshops were conducted with the use of the following methods:

individual interviews with the managers trainings:

”Leadership and strategy” and ”Cooperation and communication” coaching

The whole programme was implemented in a highly professional manner and the trainings received positive feedback from the participants.
