We’ve been cooperating with Pathways since 2011. Together we implemented a project related to  changing organisational culture, which lasted three years and included considerable work with the managerial staff and a number of different development projects addressed to the managers.

A few years’ work with Pathways resulted in a team that is willing to cooperate, is open to changes and to the growth of our company – a team whose members respond positively to the perspective of expanding their own skills. All this is directly reflected in the business results achieved by the company.
