Theatre integration

Our experience connected with artistic projects dates back to Britain in the 80s where we prepared theatre performances for live audiences. Now the participants of the theatre integration perform for each other or for their families. The theatre projects have always been a great experience for the participants, especially that many of them are on a stage for the first time.

During preparation for the performance, we create conditions for the participants to disclose their interests, skills, to find out something new about themselves. During the performance itself huge amounts of energy are released and this can only be compared to children's joy at play.

The artists employed to lead the groups are well trained by us and possess enormous experience in working with people. They know that in the initial phase their task is to motivate the participants and to inspire them to work, and later to transfer skills and encourage them. A very important element is allowing for the participants' individual activities, owing to which they become proud of themselves and of what is finally achieved by the group as a whole.

Theatre training has been successfully carried out for groups of forty and two hundred and seventy people alike.
