Facilitator. Trainer. Coach. Consultant. Founder and CEO of Pathways Poland since 1999 – she contributed to the company’s development, she built a clients’ portfolio, she designed and implemented key programs of development. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology (Jagiellonian University).

She received a certificate of Business and Management Studies (Applied Economy Department on Jagiellonian University). She holds also a diploma in Management of Social Projects (Higher Post-Graduate School Jozefa Tischnera). She’s a graduate of „The Art & Science of Coaching” led by Wszechnica UJ and Erickson College from Vancouver.

She holds a certificate of Work Style Analyser, and a certificate of Leadership Development Intensive. She has led many developmental and coaching projects including coaching for the HR Director and Finance Director of Siemens, individual coaching for top managers of PKN Orlen, BZWBK, Santander, Inter Ikea, FagorMastercook. She led training program for top management teams of InterIkea, FagorMastercook, MAN, Siemens. She specialises in leadership development.
