Facilitating workshops

Workshops conducted by professional Pathways facilitators using the facilitation method are a response to  doubts related to the outcome of the trainings, problems with honest communication among the employees or developing a level of understanding within a department.

The preparation for the workshops is of primary importance to us, which is why we devote a lot of time to obtain as much information as possible in advance: we research the situation, evaluate the risks and opportunities, and using this information, we try to prepare the best possible programme for the workshop/meeting and we prepare the key individuals to take on supporting roles.
