Communication in team

Objectives and outcomes of the training:

• Developing basic communication skills, so as to build cooperation in the team.
• Reinforcing self-confidence by developing an assertive attitude.
• Increasing the ability to provide constructive feedback – praise, noticing, enforcing.
• Developing active listening skills.
• Expanding the awareness of the impact of your own intentions on effective communication and cooperation.
• Gaining the ability to distinguish between facts and interpretations/evaluations, which improves communication and prevents conflicts in communication.
