A graduate of the psychology faculty at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow and the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She graduates from the Group Trainer School TROP and completed the PATHWAYS Facilitation Programme. IAF Certified™ Professional Facilitator, marketer and market researcher.

Specialisation: business workshops,  workshops in boosting individual and team effectiveness, cross-functional projects.

Nearly 20 years of experience in international corporations and agencies (Millward Brown, SAB Miller, NIVEA) in the areas related to: brand and company research, creating marketing and communication strategy,  creating new solutions for business, Employer Branding projects, developing leadership skills.

She’s worked i.a. for: Kompania Piwowarska, Grupa Żywiec, Red Bull, Volkswagen, Credit Agricole, allegro, LOTTE Wedel, BP, NIVEA, Play, Pepco, Discovery, Codewise, Pernod Ricard, Nestle, Pro Vita Hotel Wellness.
