Katarzyna Ziemba

Trainer, Scrum Master, consultant, coach and facilitator

Completed studies in Quality Management at the State Higher School of Technology and Economics in Jarosław and in International Business at the University of Huddersfield.

After her adventure with production, she started managing projects and then went on to become a Scrum Master. She has pursued this career path ever since.

She’s one of the 12 people in Poland who have been awarded the Professional Scrum Trainer title, granted by Scrum.org. She conducts trainings in Scrum foundations  (Professional Scrum Foundations) as well as trainings for Scrum Masters, who are already experienced in Scrum (Professional Scrum Master). In 2016 she completed the NOVO Coaching laboratory accredited by ICF, and afterwards she chose to specialise in Career and Leadership Coaching. Since 2016 she has also been a Pathways Certified Facilitator.

Kasia is fascinated with people. She believes in the power of teamwork and she’s convinced that happy, internally motivated employees make great products. Thanks to the knowledge of the group process, which she has become familiar with from various perspectives, she can now combine elements of coaching, facilitation and training in her work. While working with groups, she likes trying new techniques, because every time she learns something new about herself.
