Psychologist specializing in Interpersonal communication – NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming), Transactional Analysis, negotiations.

She has experience in trainings organised in Polish and English in the following fields: coping with stress, building stress resistance, breathing techniques, self-development, interpersonal communication, Public Relations, fundraising, management skills, career coaching.

She conducts coaching and consulting sessions for high-level managers in banks, where she provides career and self-development recommendations.

She coordinated stress management and wellness programmes on an international level, designing and conducting trainings for the employees and management team: wellness and stress management, communication trainings, change management and time management trainings. She was an editor-in-chief of the Resilience Magazine. She practiced meditation and yoga  during her journey across Asia, Europe and South America. She completed a course in E-RYT 200 Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at the 5 Elements School of Yoga in India as well as a Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Course at Maciej Wielobób Yoga School in Krakow

For 2 years she has been a Wellness and Resilience Trainer and a Yoga Teacher. She uses ancient yoga techniques: mindfulness, relaxation, meditation sessions, self-awareness techniques, yoga asanas, breathing techniques and western psychological knowledge to help her clients in their self-development; she provides guidance to her clients on how to manage the stress and tension of life, achieve wellness and keep everyday balance.
