Pathways conducted 2-day trainings for the employees of our company. The trainings were part of a larger project co-funded by the European Union under the European Social Fund  “Comprehensive programme for employee education and development at Balcerzak i Spółka Sp. Z o.o.”, implemented in our company. The trainings were attended by the managerial staff. The trainings were conducted in a highly  professional manner, which encouraged learning and gaining new knowledge as well as personal development.
