Pathways Polska has been organising trainings in managerial and leadership competences  for various levels of management at Bank Zachodni WBK (outdoor and indoor trainings) since 2005.

In 2014 Pathways participated in a training project titled “Quality comes first” dedicated to the directors of Bank Zachodni WBK. The training was implemented at an intense pace and took 6 weeks. it was based on the customised programme prepared by Pathways and as many as 1000 participants were trained over this time.

The training received high evaluation marks from the employees of the Bank, who appreciated the know-how of the company, flexibility and openness to the Client’s needs as well as well prepared trainers.
