Pathways Polska Sp. z o.o. with the seat in Krakow has organised and conducted a two-day training  for 74 employees involved in the Human Capital Operational Programme in the Warmia-Masuria voivodeship, titled: “Team work”.

The substance and organisation of the training was impressive. The programme was interesting and well-prepared, and so were the training materials. The knowledge, competences, interpersonal skills and experience of the five trainers working with the groups made it possible for Pathways Polska Sp. z o.o. for fulfil their obligations under the training agreement successfully. The professional attitude of the trainers assigned by Pathways Polska Sp. z o.o., their substantive preparation and their attitude of openness to the participants proved to be one of the most valuable assets of this training contractor.

The abundant training programme included most of all interesting and well-prepared workshops, as well as substantial practice which actively involved all the participants of the meeting. Individual issues and topics were discussed on the basis of numerous specific examples presented both by the trainers and by the participants. The professional knowledge and interpersonal skills will definitely be used by the employees involved in the Human Capital Operational Programme in the Warmia-Masuria voivodeship.

Pathways Polska Sp. z o.o. also organised trainings for managers titled: “Leadership Intensive Development”. I personally participated in one of these in Krakow.

The training was supposed to implement the idea of leadership and practical improvement thereof in the context of developing partnership. Working with a personal consultant was a great idea as regards improving the ability to use conflict and resistance to implement positive changes, engaging in effective communication, coping with emotions, increasing accountability and impact on the development and enhancing cooperation with partners, as well as new forms of motivating a team.

The structure of the LDI programme was based on practical methods of building internal authority, inspiration for developing interpersonal  skills and boosting personal effectiveness as regards managing human resources.

Some time has passed since the training and now I can say that the best added value of the LDI is the long-lasting impact and the constant need for insight and for discovering what is best in myself and in others.

Based on this positive experience, I would like to recommend the competences of Pathways Polska Sp. z o.o. with the seat in Krakow as regards the abovementioned training services.
