Work Style Analyser questionnaire in the process off recruitment.
The Work Style Analyser (WSA) questionnaire is a very helpful tool in selecting right people for managerial jobs. The questionnaire makes it possible to recognise the Manager’s working style and evaluate whether the candidate will represent the expected management style and if he/she will effectively cooperate with other functions in the team. Based on the interpretation of the WSA, I can check whether the candidate fits into our organisational culture.
Personally, I use the WSA as part of the selection process. I’ve been using it for 3 years now – alongside job interviews and presentations prepared by the candidates, it is a source of valuable information about the candidate’s motivation, attitude to employees, decision-making process and openness to changes. Since I use the WSA, I’ve observed an increase in the effectiveness of the recruitment process for managerial jobs.
