  • Managing emotions – the ability to recognise and eliminate unwanted emotional states by conscious distancing.
  • Building positive relations – the ability to build contact, trust, affinity in creating lasting relationships with other people.
  • Empathy – the ability to recognise other people’s emotions.
  • The occurrence of stress situations and preventing them, relaxation and visualisation techniques.
  • Maintaining an open attitude in the situations of stress, difficulty and conflict and choosing such solutions that make it possible to meet the needs of both parties to the interaction.
