Has more than 8 years of experience in individual/organisational development and business soft skills training. Practicing Business and Life Coach, certified Trainer and International Coaching Federation coaching programme graduate (The Art and Science of Coaching, Erickson College International in Vancouver and Systemic- Psychodynamic School of Coaching), Karol is passionate about designing, introducing and managing developmental changes at individual, team and organisational levels.

Currently, he works as a trainer, consultant and leadership development facilitator for Pathways Polska. Jagiellonian University graduate, MA in Psychology, specialising in Organisational Psychology, Karol has realised training programs in Poland and abroad for numerous companies from manufacturing, banking and automotive industry, designed and conducted training programmes for international organisations from Baltic, Balkan and Central European countries.

Karol specialises in management development (intercultural trainings, train the trainer, soft – skills trainings , business communication, teambuilding programmes, creativity trainings), development programmes (Development Centre, Assesment Centre) and coaching (according to International Coaching Federation standards).

His main clients include Netia, Dialog, British Council, PZU, Cubus Hotel, BZ WBK, Grupa Ożarów, P4 Play GSM, Poczta Polska, Raiffeisen Bank, Intersnack/Bahlsen,; Eskadra Marketplace, IDI Global, Treningtwórczości.pl and many others.

Privately, devoted to human growth, long distance travelling (has completed independent trips to 31 countries on 5 continents), playing drums and experiencing the beauty of music.
